3 Things I Learned in April

1. When a pitcher enters a game with three balls on the batter (the strikes don't matter) and walks him, the pitcher before him who threw the three balls gets the walk.

2. Even the Caterpillar Patrol is scared of caterpillar. For the past few years we have not had issues with this, but this year we were scared. (Caterpillar Patrol is when Hannah, Mary, and I go out with buckets and shovels and see how many stinging caterpillars we can catch.)

3. Shrimp are better than crawfish. I think I might have actually already known this, but I relearned it anyway.

3 Things I Learned in March

1. The shoes that used to fit me, don't necessarily fit me anymore.

2. Even your best hitter can get into a pretty bad slump.

3. You can get the stomach virus twice in about a month. {I don't recommend trying it.}

2. "Hsieh" is pronounced "shay". The reason I know this is Yale has a pitcher with the name Hsieh. (I don't actually like Yale.)
